From first contact right through to handover, metcalfeallen will endeavour to make the whole experience as simple & easy as possible.
Following the initial consultation, where we will establish your primary concerns and issues, we will carry out a site survey and briefly report our observations and proposed solutions. Once a system’s basic design is agreed in principal, we will carefully consider & prepare a comprehensive but concise specification complete with clear & accurate charges.

Once you have received our system design proposal we will not pester you at all, typically just a single follow up call to ensure that we have understood and addressed your requirement.
Should you wish to go ahead with the work, simply contact the office and an installation date will be agreed and equipment ordered.
Our installation teams are courteous, efficient, clean and above all very good at what they do. Whilst ensuring that installations are carried out in accordance with the specification, our engineers will keep you informed of progress and, upon completion, will commission & handover the installation using plain English.
For peace of mind, the first year’s maintenance is included in our installation charge. In brief, this enhances the twelve month warranty on all equipment by giving three months labour warranty along with access to our 24-hour call out service and a reduced hourly charge for any additional work carried out.
